What is your specialty and who do you work with?
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. My specialties include:

Are there any types of training you do not offer?
I do not provide powerlifting training.

What is your training availability?
Training is available Monday through Friday, depending on current bookings. Availability varies week to week — please inquire for the most up-to-date schedule.

If you are reaching out for the first time, please allow up to 24 hours for a response while I review scheduling and send required forms.

Where can we meet for training?
Training is available at:

  • South Bay Area Apple Fitness Centers

  • Home gyms located in the South Bay Area

  • Community, apartment, or commercial gyms in the South Bay Area (if guest trainers are permitted)


CONSULTATION

Is the consultation free?
Yes. I offer a complimentary 60-minute consultation for prospective clients interested in personal training services.

How should I prepare for the consultation?

  • Complete required liability forms and the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), which will be sent beforehand

  • Wear comfortable workout attire

What happens during the consultation?

  • Review health history and PAR-Q

  • Discuss fitness goals

  • Assess movement patterns and potential muscle imbalances

  • Complete a short workout

  • Answer questions

  • Discuss a plan moving forward if you choose to continue

What happens after the consultation?
If you decide to move forward, we will discuss your training plan, schedule, and next steps.


TRAINING

Do you offer a discount for multiple sessions?
Yes. Clients who train multiple times per week receive a discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice are charged in full. I understand emergencies may occur and will address those on a case-by-case basis.

Can I contact you outside of training sessions?
Yes. Clients are welcome to reach out with questions between sessions. I typically respond the same day.

If I go on vacation, can you hold my time slot?
Time slots may be held for up to one month, depending on circumstances. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Can you train me at my local gym, apartment complex, or community gym?
Yes, if the facility allows guest trainers.

Do you offer independent workout programs?
Yes. Independent programs are best suited for clients with prior exercise experience who require minimal supervision. Periodic check-ins are recommended to ensure proper form and progress.

Do you offer virtual training?
No, I do not currently offer virtual training sessions.

Do you provide virtual nutrition guidance?
Yes, virtual nutrition guidance is available.

Can you train me at my home gym?
Yes. I can train clients at home gyms in the South Bay Area. Adequate space and equipment are required to begin, and I can help you build out your home gym over time.

Do you train children or teenagers?
I do not train children. Teen training may be available on a case-by-case basis.
